New perspectives: How to become a good Scuba Instructor

You love the ocean, and "just diving" is not enough for you anymore? You love to share your passion, and you are happy to dive with beginners and help them to become better divers? You want to work in different locations, always close to the ocean? Or you want to help out in your local Divecenter without changing your whole life for diving? Then you should consider to turn your passion into a profession.
Becoming a Scuba Diving Instructor is a challenging adventure, takes some time and it makes sense to gain experience in every level before continuing. Before you start, you navigation and your rescue skills should be on a very good level already, and you should be a confident, good diver.

Divemaster

The first step as a Dive Pro is the Divemaster. This is the first qualification which enables you to work in a Divecenter.

Assistant Instructor und Instructor

Two weeks of intense Training prepare you to pass the Instructor Evaluation and gain the SSI Instructor certification.
You can choose to do the Assistant Instructor part before and gain valuable experience - always the best recommendation.

Instructor Career

To make your job as interesting as possible, for sure you wnt to teach the different Specialities. And with some experience as an instructor, become an Assistant Instructor Trainer.

Dive Pro Crossover

If you are an instructor of an other training agency, you can become a SSI instructor in two days.

Dive Pro Package Deals

Some people do their first breath under water and know that this is what they want to do for a living, some want to gain a lot of experience, some love to help others. What ever your motivation is to become a Pro, and at what ever point you may start, we are here to help you. Find the way that suits you, learn to the point you need, in the time you have.
Our package deals are designed to give you a complete set of training, adjusted to your needs. They always include as many dives as you want to do, there is no limit - and you can stay as long as you want, to gain all the experience you want to get.

From OWD to Divemaster

We include all the specialties you want to do, you only pay for the SSI Digital Kits.

Specialties that require specialised equipment or that we can not offer on La Palma are not part of the deal.
You should calculate a minimum of 4 weeks for either program, but you are welcome to stay longer - really: as long as you want.
You can do as much dives as you want with any of these packages, we want you to gain real experience.
It is recomended to own your equipment, rental gear is available for a special price of 50€ per week. To facilitate the purchase, you will get 25% discount on everything you buy in our shop.
