Advanced Open Water Instructor

Just as your way to train as a diver was different from other ways due to the specialties you chose, you profile as an instructor will depend a lot on the specialties you teach. These courses reflect your abilities, your interests, and make you more employable. You will enjoy your job a lot more, if you can offer a variety of courses, because it is really nice to see how "your" divers develop with the training they recieve.
In Punkfish Diving, we offer a wide range of specialty courses and the specialty instructor ratings. Chose those who go with your experience and your interests, and those which make sense in the environment where you plan to work.
In the specialty instructor course, you will prepare a course schedule, develop specialty combinations which make sense, and refine your teaching techniques with our Instructor Trainer.

Divemaster Instructor

If you want to teach divers up to the first Pro level, you need to be a Science of Diving Instructor and gain some experience in teaching beginners and speciality courses. If you need possibilities to practice, talk with us about possible collaborations.

Assistant Instructor Trainer

Once you gained experience teaching, you probably want to proceed to train dive pros. As a Divemaster Instructor, you can already do the first level, but to teach Assistant Instructors, you need to do one more step.
You can either assist in an Instructor Training Course, where you can get a lot of practice with the necesary evaluations and even train to do a longer presentation, or you can do a course with our Instructor Trainer. In both versions, we will make sure you get the confidence to create really good assistants - you will see how nice it is to have them trained yourself.
